Baked Salmon with Crispy Skin over Noodle

How do you like your salmon cooked? I love mine medium rare to medium with crispy skin and I have perfected the temperature and time to make the perfect ones. Pssstt…. It’s a secret 😀 Just kidding…

How to cook a perfect salmon, Bonnie’s style: make sure the oven rack is on the second from the top. Slit the skin (2-3 times), sprinkle with salt & pepper, drizzle with olive oil (or pork fat, even better), cook for 7-8 minutes on HI broil. Drizzle with your favorite sauce at the end.

You can pair the salmon with any of your favorite side dishes. On this picture, I paired it with a simple stir fry noodle with vegetables. Simply yet delicious! I was very satisfied with the result and definitely will make it again VERY soon…
